Also, should I buy Windows Vista or XP for this system?
yes everythings compatible, and i would install XP if you have it and hold off buying Vista but if you have zero OS, then might as well buy Vista..
i would go with 4 GBs of ram if you are buying Vista (64-bit), and i wouldnt bother with XMS or any other fancy overclocking ram, just basic ones are fine.
